Opponent's Silent But Deadly

This Excuse submitted by "Soho Dave" at 3:41 AM on 3/19/97.
One game away from making it in the money in a major
local tourny, this jiffy on the other team throws more than his
darts. For some reason unkown to all, his face turns blushing red. About the time I step up to the throw line, everyone within a 12 foot radius without sound, without sight, and without touch could tell that something rotten was in Denmark. The stink was so bad it literally cleared half the bar. I'm just glad no one blamed it on me because by then his face got twice as red and his his smile of embarassment was totally clear. I was in a situation I have never been in. In front of everyone I was gasping for air and running too, I was upset that everyone knew I was gassed and to say the least he could have said something like, "Hold up cause I just farted", but noo...Putting my mind back in the game was just next to impossible because everytime I would step up to the throwline I was afraid that I would smell that awlful stench from hell. Needless to say we did not place in the money that night because they won that game. He may have gone home with egg on his face but HE also went home with green in his pocket. Talk about commiting the ultimate unpunishable FOUL! I tell you it just not fair...$%*&!! (This is sadly a true story)
